Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all guests, the following policies are honored:
CANCELATIONS
When a guest makes an appointment, we agree to turn away all other requests for the time you select. Cancelations affect us significantly, so we adhere to a strict cancelation policy. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours and No-shows will be charged 50% of the missed appointment, which must be paid before rescheduling. This is to ensure our therapist is compensated for time lost. Late arrivals and last-minute appointment changes will be charged the total amount for the original scheduled time. Please note that your time may be cut short to ensure the person after you have their full scheduled time.
Gift Certificates
When a guest makes an appointment with a gift certificate or prepaid service, the aforementioned cancelation policy will be honored. Please treat them as cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be present to redeem.
